Danielle has extensive experience in both dental management and clinical care, bringing a deep passion and dedication to providing exceptional patient experiences and strong team leadership.

After earning her Associate Degree in Dental Assisting from Ohio Valley Business College, Danielle began her career as a dental assistant, where she built a solid clinical foundation and discovered her love for dentistry.

Now serving as an Office Manager, Danielle takes pride in fostering a welcoming and efficient environment where both patients and staff feel valued and supported. Her commitment to excellence and genuine care for others continue to drive her every day.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending quality time with her husband, children, and granddaughter.

Paisley was born and raised in Imperial, Pennsylvania, just outside the city of Pittsburgh. A passionate dental health advocate, she strives to provide exceptional care and help patients achieve and maintain their best oral and overall health.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, Paisley earned her degree in dental hygiene in 2022 and has been a valued member of the Pearl Dentistry team ever since. She continues to expand her expertise by pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, blending her clinical skills with leadership and organizational insight.
Known for her free spirit and contagious laughter, Paisley fills the office with warmth, positivity, and a deep love for odontology. Though she spends her days fighting tooth decay, she admits to having a bit of a sweet tooth herself—often delighting friends and family with her homemade pastries and confections.

Her individuality and authenticity inspire both colleagues and patients. Paisley is dedicated to creating an inviting, non-judgmental atmosphere where patients feel comfortable being themselves, fostering genuine connections and a truly personalized care experience. “Be true to your teeth, or they will be false to you.”
